FIBI - New Real Estate Investing Group in Pasadena
I am pleased to announce my involvement in the launch of a new Pasadena chapter of FIBI (For Investors By Investors). Since 2008, I have been co-facilitating an independent real estate mastermind group in Los Angeles, and wanted to start a similar group closer to home. When I heard about FIBI, I knew it was the perfect fit.
This expanding nationwide network was created For Investors By Investors as a venue where investors and business owners can learn from and support each other in a mastermind format, with NO SELLING, pitch sessions or commercial affiliations. A typical event includes plenty of time for networking, along with round-table discussions on real estate, business and economics in the current investing climate. FIBI's mission is to educate our members and help them invest correctly and with the proper knowledge base. People use FIBI to expand their resources and everyone is ready to help each other and come together as a group to increase each other's net worth.
Experienced and new real estate investors in the San Gabriel Valley and surrounding areas are invited to attend our first meeting:

You are welcome to come a half hour early for networking, and stay to mingle for an hour after we end at 9:00pm. Future meetings will take place on the 2nd Thursday of each month at the same location.
Our roundtable focus this month will be "Residential and Commercial Real Estate Investing." We will discuss the current economy and real estate investing in today's market. Please bring your thoughts, knowledge and questions about the economy, real estate in general, and your own investments, and be ready to participate in a lively discussion!
DIRECTIONS: Easy access from the 134 freeway: take the Fair Oaks exit, travel south and the Marriott is a block and half down on the left. Park at the hotel for $7 or on the surrounding streets for free.
