AWOP Conference: Elements of Leadership

Yesterday, March 8th was International Women's Day and as a woman in business I am proud and honored to know and work with a network of amazing women.

Each week I host a radio show called Ask Christina First on the Amazing Women of Power (AWOP) radio network (www.awoptalk247.com). I recently attended the AWOP conference and I was interviewed on what my favorite topic of discussion is, the 3 core elements of leadership. As a small business management consultant people ask me often about leadership, "How do I deal with an employee", "How do I deal with branding and marketing?", etc.
