This week on my Ask Christina First Radio Show, we aired an interview I did with Sensei Sean Gilliland. Sean earned the nickname "Little Sensai" as a child who was involved in martial arts and who followed his instructor everywhere, wanting to be like him. Today, Sean is a real estate investor who began investing in 1995 and is the founder of Black Belt Investors. He has been a speaker at my FIBI Pasadena meetings and he uses the discipline and knowledge he obtained as one of the top 3 martial artists in the US to run his business.

I recently had the pleasure of interviewing Deborah Razo. Deborah is going to be the guest at my FIBI Pasadena meeting in January. Deborah has a flair for fixing and flipping properties, from purchase, rehabbing, marketing and sale processes to tools and techniques for locating properties and analyzing market values to capitalize on opportunities for profit. Deborah is also a Sr. Leader for the Tony Robbins organization.

This past week I interviewed Andy Teasley, self-proclaimed serial entrepreneur and real estate investor. Andy is a regular at my FIBI meetings in Pasadena, California and he runs a volunteer organization called The Millionaire Makers the Next Generation, which he and others started to ensure real estate teachings didn't end when those before them left the business. Their mission is to train the next generation of educators with the hopes of teaching people to be teachers.

As an out-of-the-box thinker, Andy Teasley thinks of new ideas and works hard to bring them to fruition. Andy is a serial entrepreneur who's built and runs multiple small businesses.He's been a real estate investor for many years. He took his first “guru” real estate seminar in 1980 with Ione Young Grey and used his experience at those seminars to hone his teaching skills and to try to divert new investors into a local REIA instead of the high priced guru system.

Kevin Oliver a real estate broker and investor in Bakersfield, California, who has been investing for 15+ years. He got his start in real estate in the wholesale field and spent his first 5 years acquiring and marketing properties to investors in California. While wholesaling properties he spent a portion of his career recruiting and training new investors in wholesaling and rehabbing businesses. He is the Owner of REI Group LLC and represents many local buyers and sellers finding or selling their new homes for their families. He also works feverishly renovating single and multi-family homes, mainly in his hometown of Bakersfield, CA.
