I recently had the pleasure of interviewing Deborah Razo. Deborah is going to be the guest at my FIBI Pasadena meeting in January. Deborah started her first business in 1990 and after owning and partnering in several successful small businesses, she realized that her path to financial freedom was through real estate investing. Deborah has a flair for fixing and flipping properties, from purchase, rehabbing, marketing and sale processes to tools and techniques for locating properties and analyzing market values to capitalize on opportunities for profit. Deborah is also a Sr. Leader for the Tony Robbins organization.

Customer Pathway
What is your customer's pathway? Does your customer have a pathway? How do they find you? How do they get to your product? How do they purchase from you? How do they feel about you? What's their experience with you after they've purchased?
Regardless of your product, your customer's pathway is generic but it is not linear or one-dimensional. Your customer looks at your product as well as looking at you. Does their pathway touch every piece of your business?

Being An Expert In Your Field
Be an expert in your field and stop hiding because it does NOT help! As a conscious-minded or good-hearted business owner, there might be a belief that you shouldn't promote yourself or be active in sales. You may believe that you should be humble, kind, thoughtful to people and instead give them the opportunity to speak first. During a personal growth workshop, I learned a concept called enrollment and I want to share that concept with you in this blog post.
