As a business owner, I recommend you have regular company reviews. Weekly, monthly, bi-annual, and annual collections of information lead to positive, effective reviews. Weekly you should enter the hours for you and your employees, your billing and invoicing, tracking information on inventory, pricing, sales, and anything specific to you and your business like your social media or marketing initiatives.
