Business Issues
Mcdonald's vs. Lamborghini
What does "sales" mean to you? If you perceive sales as something a person who's a taker does, you will avoid doing sales in your business. If you see sales as something that offers you a new approach or a fresh lease on life, you will not hesitate to sell and share what you have. Sales is considered as a bad word because people see it as someone trying to convince you of buying something you don't want or need and spending money you don't want to. But understand, your company needs sales, without them, your company cannot grow or move forward.
On the Radio: Mcdonald's vs. Lamborghini
McDonald's and Lamborghini aren't companies you'd think to compare since their products are so vastly different. But today, on the ASk Christina First Radio Show I'm going to be using those two iconic companies to demonstrate the sales funnel and similarities and differences in business strategizing.

Marketing and Networking
Advertising in your company can be you focusing on your sales funnel, your website, social media, or a number of other things. I want to focus on networking and what you'll do when you go a networking event, and why you should attend.
Do you avoid talking to people about your business?
Radio: Marketing and Networking
There are plenty of people who can do what you do but there are plenty who don't. For those who do, you bring something to the table they can't and therefore you have the right and obligation to talk about your business and what you offer the world. If you don't tell people about your business, your business fails. This week on the Ask Christina First Radio Show I'll be discussing networking and what to do at networking events to get yourself and your business out there.

Your Business Branding and Marketing
I want to focus on brand and what's different from brand and marketing. Many of us don't like sales but we know how important sales are to your business. Branding differs from sales in that branding is the image you put out into the world. I use Coca-Cola all the time because they're an international brand that is easily recognizable. Every year Coca-Cola spends millions on commercials and because of their branding and marketing people young and old know their product and recognize their logo.
Radio: Your Business Branding and Marketing
I have always been more comfortable and satisfied working for myself than I was working for someone else. I suspect you know what it feels like to follow your vision and dream and have felt fulfilled by doing so. Though being self-employed comes with its lows and hard times, the passion and purpose you have, keeps you going. This week I'll be focusing on branding and marketing, their differences and their value.

Marketing 101
I'm a small business owner and consultant. Years ago I ran a small, conscious-minded business where I rented out space to fellow conscious-minded business owners such as yogis, spiritual teachers, and meditation groups. I thought through supporting those people I could make the world a better place. What I discovered about myself was, I was passionate about being a leader who made a difference for other people.
