For years Coke and Pepsi have lead the market in the soda industry. In fact, although there are people who only drink one or the other, they both sell dark cola sodas. But, they each have a market because they have differentiated themselves from each other.

Whether you're a plumber who only works on Victorian-style homes, or you're a babysitter who only works as a night-nanny, when you are your product you must identify and market your niche and remember you are your business. This week I'll be discussing ways to differentiate your product.
